Mechanical Souls
For the release of Mechanical Souls, and award-nominated immersive VR feature film that premiered at SXSW, we developed a cyberpunk themed website designed to send viewers deeper into the film's world. Mechanical Souls is set in a near-future society where human-like androids have become a part of everyday life. Combining immersive theater and VR, the film invites the audience to gradually piece together the whole story through VR interaction with the actors and digital content. An AI-driven interface analyzes the viewer's attention to each actor in real time, resulting in a different storyline for each member of the audience.
